Meet the Team - Charlotte

Last but not least from our Customer Care team... Let's meet Charlotte!

Tell us a bit about yourself and your job at PalletOnline.

Hi, my name is Charlotte, I work in the Customer Care Team and I'm predominantly on our live chat with my colleague Fran. I help customers with everything from choosing the right pallet sizes to understanding delivery options. 

What is it you like to do outside of work?  

Outside of work I love to paint and draw as I am a creative person but I also love to watch films. I also love travelling and finding new places to explore.

What was your first job?

My very first job was part-time when I was 15 and I worked in a small café with two friends from school, it was fun!

It sounds like fun! Honestly, first jobs like that always end up being the ones you remember most. 

Do you have any pets, or want any pets?    

I am a huge animal lover, I no longer have any pets but dogs have always been a big part of my life. 

What is your go to takeaway order?  

It might sound a bit plain but margherita pizza and chips with cheese is always my go-to!

You can't beat a classic, especially when cheesy chips are involved. 

If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would it be?

I would love to be in Iceland whale watching or Svalbard spotting Polar Bears. 

Not many people go straight to polar bears and whale watching, but we respect it!

What is a show you could watch repeatedly, and never get tired of watching?

Ooo, that is hard, I am constantly flipping between a few but I always come back to watching either House MD or Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

One for the drama and one for the laughs, I couldn't think of a better balance. 

What is an interesting fact about you people might not know?

I used to sing solo and in a band in my late teens/early twenties. 

That's not something you hear every day, what a fun hidden talent!

If you could become an expert in something, what would it be?

I'd want to be an expert in marine biology… or an expert chocolate tester. 

Although it would be cool to be an expert in marine biology, I have to say, an expert chocolate tester sounds so much better. 

What is your current obsession? 

My current obsession is planning things to look forward to for the year ahead.

That's a pretty great obsession to have, and we are so here for it.
