What this booking needs.

Overseas delivery is still a pallet movement. Documents and access at the other end are what change.

01

A route we serve

The quote confirms whether we deliver to this destination.

02

Commercial documents

Most overseas deliveries need a commercial invoice before the pallet moves.

03

Packed as a pallet

No overhang, no leaks, clear wrap so it can be forked.

04

Access at delivery

The point in Italy still has to take a pallet.

Restricted goods are in Terms. Wrong documents or a poor pack can hold or refuse the pallet. International guide

Questions before you book.

What documents are required when sending a pallet to Italy?

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send over your shipping labels via email. You'll also need to upload a Commercial Invoice and provide a valid EORI Number during the booking process. You can view the complete list of details required in our help centre.

How long does shipping a pallet to Italy take?

Shipping times depend on Customs and whether you have submitted the correct details for your goods before handing them over. We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you request a quote, and while we will endeavour to honour this date, Customs may push this date back slightly.

Can I send multiple pallets to Italy?

Yes, you can ship up to 10 pallets to Italy with us per booking. All you need to do is proceed to get your quote and select the total number of pallets you'd like to ship to Italy; we'll provide you with our best price straight away. For more than 10 pallets, simply complete the form on the quote page, and we'll get back to you promptly.

How will I know when to expect the driver for collection or delivery?

We ask our drivers to call up to 30 minutes before they arrive, but unfortunately, this is not a guaranteed notification as not all drivers can make outbound calls from their cabin. We'll provide a delivery ETA on the day, but all collections are between 9am and 5pm, and we’re unable give a more specific time.

How do I ship my pallet to Italy?

All you need to do is proceed to get a quote. To do this, you'll need to enter the collection and delivery postcode, and the number of pallets you wish to ship to Italy. We'll send you an email containing your shipping labels, then from there, please make sure your pallets are wrapped and ready for the journey ahead.

What do I need to put on a Commercial Invoice?

Commercial invoices are now required for every shipment into and out of the UK. There's a lot of information required for the commercial invoice, including the name and addresses of the importer, exporter and receiver, country of origin, terms of sale, the value of the goods, mode of transport, and more.   Please visit our European delivery help page for the full list of requirements.
