Collections are completed between 9am and 5pm. They can be earlier in the day, but for the most part goods are collected later in the day. Deliveries are usually done first by your local depot. If you book a same day collection it will be collected between 12pm to 5pm. Please note that collections often run up to 5pm.
Surprisingly, there are plenty of goods deemed suitable for pallet shipping, but it would be much easier to tell you what you can’t send on a pallet. If your goods aren’t listed on the full list of unsuitable goods, then you can send them on a pallet with us! Just to be on the safe side, you can always ask us about unsuitable goods on Live Chat; We’ll be able to tell you if you can ship your items through the Palletline network.
In short - yes! We deliver to commercial AND residential areas, meaning we can deliver pallets safely and directly to your home or business, but please note that all deliveries are kerbside, meaning all pallets are delivered to the nearest kerbside to the delivery address. When arranging a pallet delivery to a residential area, you may wish to get in touch to see if you will need any extras before placing your order. You may find that you need a tail-lift or a time-specific delivery to better suit your schedule, particularly if you know that there will be no-one to accept delivery in the morning or afternoon.
We do indeed! As long as you place your order before 11:30am between Monday and Friday, our drivers can collect your goods the same day. The maximum number of pallets for same day collections is currently 3 per order; our checkout system will alert you of any quantity issues. You also won’t be allowed to book a same day collection after 11:30am during the week.
