Amazon inbound, one booking.

Palletline members collect and deliver into Amazon’s approved process. You deal with PalletOnline from quote to proof of delivery.

Amazon inbound

The network Amazon already accepts

Palletline is the only UK pallet network in Amazon’s Inbound Preferred Carrier Programme. The booking follows that inbound process. It does not remove Amazon’s own charges if the shipment misses the window they set.

One booking

Quote, pay, and book

Create the shipment in Seller Central first. Then enter the fulfilment centre, FBA or ASN and packed size here. You see the price before you create an account.

Measure the loaded pallet from the floor. Amazon UK deliveries use a standard 1m × 1.2m four-way wooden pallet and clear wrap. Height includes the pallet.

How this needs to arrive at Amazon.

Amazon sets the inbound rules. We would rather you hear them here than when the vehicle arrives.

The centre in Seller Central

Book the fulfilment centre Amazon assigned. If it changes, change the booking before collection.

The FBA or ASN on the booking

Amazon uses that reference to identify the inbound. Without it, the pallet can sit unidentified.

Packed as Amazon expects

Four-way wooden pallet, goods secured, clear wrap, labels visible. Height includes the pallet.

Amazon pallet delivery questions

Can you collect FBA deliveries from a residential address?
Yes, we can collect from residential or commercial properties. You just need to ensure the pallet is moved outside of the building prior to collection.
How do I get a BOL for Amazon FBA?
You can download your Amazon BOL via our tracking page, alternatively, our friendly customer care team can retrieve this for you.
How do I send something to Amazon FBA?
To send your goods to an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, simply request a quote above, our site will then guide you through the steps.
Will Amazon still charge late or inbound fees?
Amazon can still apply those charges. Palletline is the only UK pallet network in Amazon's Inbound Preferred Carrier Programme, so we book into their approved inbound process and schedule a delivery slot. That does not remove Amazon's own fees if the shipment misses the window they set. Book with enough time, and keep the fulfilment centre and FBA or ASN reference correct.
How do you prepare a pallet for delivery?
Ensure you load your heaviest goods on the bottom of your pallet, with the lightest on top, and never let your goods overhang, as this could cause damage.
How do you secure goods on a pallet?
To ensure your goods are firmly secured to your pallet, we recommend using clear stretch wrap to secure your goods for Amazon.
