Palletline is the only UK pallet network in Amazon’s Inbound Preferred Carrier Programme. The booking follows that inbound process. It does not remove Amazon’s own charges if the shipment misses the window they set.
Create the shipment in Seller Central first. Then enter the fulfilment centre, FBA or ASN and packed size here. You see the price before you create an account.
Tracking, proof of delivery and Live Chat stay with us. The depot does the lift into Amazon. You are not handed on to chase them.
Three steps. One booking.
Use Send to Amazon in Seller Central and confirm the fulfilment centre.
Enter the postcodes, packed size and the FBA or ASN reference.
A local Palletline member collects. Tracking starts once the pallet is scanned at the depot.
Measure the loaded pallet from the floor. Amazon UK deliveries use a standard 1m × 1.2m four-way wooden pallet and clear wrap. Height includes the pallet.
Micro: 150kg maximum. Quarter: 250kg maximum.
500kg maximum, including the pallet.
1,000kg maximum, including the pallet.
Once the load grows, a dedicated Amazon movement is often the better fit.
Amazon sets the inbound rules. We would rather you hear them here than when the vehicle arrives.
Book the fulfilment centre Amazon assigned. If it changes, change the booking before collection.
Amazon uses that reference to identify the inbound. Without it, the pallet can sit unidentified.
