SEASONAL GREETINGS!

The festive season is upon us! Please keep in mind that our schedule can get extra busy.

To make sure your deliveries arrive smoothly and on time for Christmas and New Year, we encourage you to book early and avoid any last-minute stress. We want to make this season as seamless as possible for you!

LAST CHANCES DATES FOR CHRISTMAS

Below are your very last chances to place a booking to schedule a delivery before Christmas.

PLEASE NOTE: Christmas is an especially busy time, and we recommend placing your booking a day or two early to account for any potential delays, particularly for deliveries to Scotland or remote areas.

To avoid last-minute issues, please try not to leave bookings until the final day.
All delivery dates are based on our very best efforts.

FULL FESTIVE SEASON SCHEDULE

To manage large volumes effectively, we operate a unique multi-hub system, making us the only pallet network in the UK with this capability. During the Christmas period (specifically on 23rd, 24th, 30th December, and 2nd and 3rd January) we will consolidate operations to our main hub, as freight levels will be lower during these dates.

Full service resumes on Monday, 6th January, except in Scotland, where service resumes on 7th January.
Collection and delivery dates for consignments to Scotland or remote areas may experience more delays during this period.

INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIONS

To ensure your pallet(s) arrive at an international destination in time for Christmas, we advise scheduling your collection at least one week before the final collection date of the year.
