Frozen goods travel in a full refrigerated trailer with nothing else on board. You set the temperature, the trailer holds it, and a temperature record is available on delivery if you need one.
We do not move single frozen pallets through the pallet network, because frozen goods need an unbroken cold chain from door to door. Goods that must stay cool but not frozen need chilled haulage.
Two postcodes to start. No account needed.
Refrigerated trailers are not priced on the spot. We check availability for your route and dates before anything is confirmed.

Hauliers with temperature-controlled trailers, checked for your route and dates.
The quote arrives by email. Nothing is booked until you accept it.
Our standard terms apply. Frozen movements add four conditions, and you confirm them when you request the quote.
No. Frozen goods move in a full temperature-controlled trailer only, so the cold chain is never broken. Ambient pallets can be priced instantly on our home page.
Tell us the temperature your goods need and we match a trailer to it. Deep frozen loads are typically held at minus 18C or colder, but the set point is yours.
Yes, if you ask for one when you request the quote. The haulier provides the trailer temperature record on delivery.
The goods are ready to leave the cold store or site with nothing outstanding: no hold, no pending inspection, and the paperwork the consignee needs is ready. We collect only once that is confirmed.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice before collection. Inside 24 hours the full cost of the movement applies.
Two postcodes are enough to start. Goods that must stay cool, not frozen? See chilled haulage. Eight or more ambient pallets? See truckloads.
