Measure the complete loaded pallet to its furthest edge, goods and packaging included. Height is the loaded height from the floor. If the load fits inside one of these, book that size.

Bigger or heavier than Full Oversized? It needs a dedicated vehicle. See truckloads. Not sure which size you have? Use the pallet size guide.
When the goods overhang the pallet.
A standard space is 1200 x 1200 mm. If the goods or packaging extend past that on any edge, book an oversized service. Long timber, machinery on a skid, furniture, large crates and industrial parts are typical.
Oversized pallets are handled by forklift only. Tail lifts and lift assist cannot be used, whatever the weight, so both the collection and the delivery address need a forklift on site.

Questions about oversized pallets
When is a pallet oversized?
When the loaded footprint goes past 1200 x 1200 mm on any edge, or the weight is over the standard limit for that height. Measure the goods and packaging, not the wooden base.
Do I really need a forklift at both ends?
Yes. Oversized pallets cannot be moved by tail lift or lift assist, whatever they weigh. If either address has no forklift, the collection or delivery will fail and may be charged.
What is the biggest pallet you can take?
Full Oversized: 2400 x 1200 mm footprint, 2200 mm loaded height, 2000 kg. Anything larger or heavier needs a dedicated vehicle through our truckload service.
Why does an oversized pallet take two spaces?
It occupies the floor space of two standard pallets on the trailer, so it is priced and planned as two spaces.
Is it tracked like a normal pallet?
Yes. Oversized pallets move through the same network and appear in the online tracker from collection to delivery.
Measure it. Price it. Book it.
Two postcodes and the size are enough for an instant price. Over 2400 mm or 2000 kg? See truckloads.
