How do I request a refund?
We can offer refunds for many reasons. If you wish to cancel your pallet delivery, just contact our support team via Live Chat and they'll be more than happy to assist.
If you've changed your mind regarding an option extra such as Pallet and Wrap, for example, our team will also be able to assist and initiate a refund for you.
However, if you would like to cancel as you need more time to prepare your pallets, we can always extend your collection date for you instead.
When will I receive my refund?
If we've given you a refund for any reason, you can expect to see the funds cleared within 3-5 working days.
The amount of time a refund takes can vary depending on your bank, but we find that this is usually the standard.
However, if it's been over 5 working days and you still haven't received your refund, we'll be more than happy to investigate this for you.
Will I receive a refund for damaged goods?
Due to the way our claims process works, you won't receive a refund in the rare event that your goods become damaged.
Instead, you'll need to submit a claim form and then wait to receive compensation from the insurance company. This process can take between 6 and 12 weeks.
