Refund Information

If you need to cancel your pallet delivery or remove an extra option like Pallet and Wrap, speak to our support team on Live Chat. They will review your request and, if eligible, start the refund process.

Refunds are handled in two steps - our support team will begin the process, and our accounts department will finalise and release the funds. If you simply need more time to prepare your pallets, we can change your collection date instead of cancelling your booking.

When will I receive my refund?

Once released by our accounts team, refunds are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Most refunds appear in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.

If it has been more than 5 working days since your refund was confirmed and you have not received the funds, contact us on Live Chat and we will investigate.

Do you offer refunds for damaged goods?

No. Damaged or lost goods are covered by the insurance process, not refunds. If your delivery is damaged, you must submit a claim form and the outcome will be based on your insurance cover. Claims typically take between 6 and 12 weeks to be processed.
