You can pay securely by card, PayPal or Direct Debit. All payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal - we do not store your card details ourselves.
Direct Debit is available for account holders who want a faster checkout. You can also use PayPal’s Pay in 3 to spread the cost interest-free if you are eligible.
If you cancel a booking, our support team will start your refund and our accounts team will finalise it. Refunds are processed through Stripe and normally clear within 3 to 5 working days.
For damaged goods, refunds are not given. These cases follow our insurance claims process instead.
