Fresh produce, dairy, meat and pharmaceuticals travel in a full refrigerated trailer set to your range. The trailer holds the temperature from loading to delivery, and a temperature record is available if you need one.
Chilled goods cannot go through the pallet network, because the cold chain would break at every depot. Goods that must stay solid need frozen haulage.

Questions about chilled haulage
Can you move a single chilled pallet?
No. Chilled goods move in a full temperature-controlled trailer only, so the cold chain is never broken. Ambient pallets can be priced instantly on our home page.
What temperature range can you hold?
Tell us the range your goods need and we match a trailer to it. Most chilled loads run between 0C and 8C, but the set point is yours.
Chilled or frozen: which do I need?
Chilled keeps goods cool without freezing them. Frozen holds them at minus 18C or colder. If your goods must stay solid, use frozen haulage; if they must stay fresh, use chilled.
Do I get a temperature record?
Yes, if you ask for one when you request the quote. The haulier provides the trailer temperature record on delivery.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice before collection. Inside 24 hours the full cost of the movement applies.
