Once your booking is secured, we’ll send you an email containing your PalletOnline shipping labels. You’ll also need to upload a Commercial Invoice and provide A valid EORI Number for you and your EU customer when booking. You can find out what details are required in our help centre.
Shipping delays depend on whether you have submitted the correct paperwork for your goods for Customs. We’ll provide an estimated delivery date when you request a quote, and while we always strive to honour this date, the Customs clearance process may push this date back slightly.
Yes, you can ship up to 10 pallets to Germany with us per booking. All you need to do is proceed to get your quote and select the total number of pallets you'd like to ship to Germany; we'll provide you with our best price straight away. For more than 10 pallets, simply complete the form on the quote page, and we'll get back to you promptly.
You can ship many items with us to Germany, as long as your items are not on our list of unsuitable goods or restricted in Germany. Our Terms and Conditions also state a complete list of unsuitable goods that you cannot ship through the Palletline network.
Commercial invoices are now required for every shipment into and out of the UK. There's a lot of information required for the commercial invoice, including the name and addresses of the importer, exporter and receiver, country of origin, terms of sale, the value of the goods, mode of transport, and more.
