Things to Consider When Shipping Pallets to the Czech Republic
RESTRICTED GOODS
Are your goods restricted? If your items are on our list of unsuitable goods or prohibited in the Czech Republic, you cannot ship them using our services under any circumstances.
EORI NUMBER
Do you and your EU buyer have valid EORI Numbers? Without them, UK customs will reject your goods. You will need a GB EORI Number, and your EU buyer will need an EU EORI Number.
COMMODITY CODES
You must submit the correct Commodity Codes to ensure the correct charges are levied against your goods when they reach customs.
CPC CODE
You must submit the correct CPC Code for your goods; this will ensure they are correctly declared when leaving the UK.
COMMERCIAL INVOICE
When sending a pallet to the Czech Republic, you must provide a Commercial Invoice, and if this shows no packing details, you will also need to provide a packing list.
NOMINATE PALLETONLINE

- How will I know if my documents are correct?
Our international pallet delivery experts will be happy to check your paperwork before uploading; start a Live Chat or send us an email, and we'll get back to you. - Do I need to attach shipping labels? Yes, you need to attach the shipping labels sent via email to your pallet(s). If you don't have access to a printer, you can always write your shipping labels out on a plain A4 piece of paper.
- Will I be notified before collection and delivery? We ask our drivers to call at least half an hour before arriving, but unfortunately, this is not guaranteed as not all drivers can make outbound calls. We'll still provide updated ETAs on the day of delivery, but we cannot offer collection ETAs.
