Do I need to attach shipping labels?
Yes, you need to attach the shipping labels sent via email to your pallet(s). If you don't have access to a printer, you can always write your shipping labels out on a plain A4 piece of paper.
Will I be notified before collection and delivery?
We ask our drivers to call at least half an hour before arriving, but unfortunately, this is not guaranteed as not all drivers can make outbound calls. We'll still provide updated ETAs on the day of delivery, but we cannot offer collection ETAs.
