SUITABILITY
Are your goods on our list of unsuitable goods? If your items are restricted in Southern Ireland, you cannot ship them with us through the Palletline network.

Have you got a valid EORI Number? For UK Customs to accept your goods, your EU buyer must also have a valid EU EORI Number.

- What paperwork do I need for my pallet delivery to Ireland?
If you're shipping to Southern Ireland, before placing your order with us, you’ll need to upload a Commercial Invoice and provide a valid EORI Number, too. We cannot send your goods forward until these documents have been provided. You can view the full list of details required in our help centre. - Why ship pallets to Ireland instead of boxes? Unlike single boxes, pallets offer much more protection for your goods as they are more resistant and sturdy. Plus, as pallets are carried with pallet trucks and forklifts, they are not as prone to accidents or damage and your goods can be delivered together, in one place.
- Can I send a pallet to a residential address in Ireland? Sadly, we can only send pallets to businesses in Southern Ireland, however, you can send your pallet to a residential address in Northern Ireland.
- Will the driver call before collection and delivery? We do ask our drivers to call at least 30 minutes before they arrive, but unfortunately, this is not a guaranteed notification as not all drivers can make outbound calls from their cabin. We'll provide a delivery ETA on the day. All collections are between 9am and 5pm, and unfortunately, we’re unable to give a more precise time.
- What do I need to put on a commercial invoice?
Commercial invoices are now required for every shipment into Southern Ireland. You will not need to provide a commercial invoice for deliveries to Northern Ireland. There's a lot of information required for the commercial invoice, including the name and addresses of the importer, exporter and receiver, country of origin, terms of sale, the value of the goods, mode of transport, and more.
