Can I cancel my order with PalletOnline?
We are sorry that you need to cancel your pallet delivery order. However, we are here to help you with your cancellation.
If you are sure that you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. This is to make sure that you do not incur a failed collection fee.
Please note, there is a £5 administration fee for any order cancellation as specified in our Terms and Conditions. Additional fees may apply if collection or delivery costs have already been applied to your order.
You can create a support ticket as long as you have created an account with us. This will allow our customer service team to view your query.
How to cancel my PalletOnline order?
To cancel your order, please call 0845 658 0049 to speak to our customer care team. Alternatively, you can click on the Live Chat icon at the bottom of the page.
You will need to supply us with your order ID and your reason for cancelling. We can then cancel your pallet delivery booking and begin the refund process.
We will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible. However, some payments can take from 7-14 working days depending on your bank.
