To cancel your booking with us, please start a Live Chat (at the bottom right of your screen).
Please provide your Order ID and reason for cancelling; if you feel there is something we can improve, please let us know!
We can then cancel your pallet delivery and request a full refund.
The funds normally take between 3-5 working days to return to the bill payer via the payment method used when the booking was created.
If you're cancelling as you need more time to prepare your pallets, you can always request a more suitable collection and delivery date.
