Can I Cancel My Order with PalletOnline?

If you're cancelling as you need more time to prepare your pallets, you can always request a more suitable collection and delivery date. 

However, if you still wish to cancel your booking, please follow the steps below.


To cancel your booking with us, please start a Live Chat (at the bottom right of your screen). 

Please provide your Order ID and reason for cancelling; if you feel there is something we can improve, please let us know! 

We can then cancel your pallet delivery and request a full refund, less the £5 admin fee. 

The funds normally take between 3-5 workings days to return to bill payer via the payment method used when the booking was created. 

For any additional queries about cancellations or refunds, our customer support team will be happy to help!
