How to Cancel Your Booking

If you need to cancel your pallet delivery, we can help you quickly through Live Chat. You will find the chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Please provide the following details when you speak to our team:

  • Your Order ID
  • The reason for your cancellation

We will process the cancellation and request a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds normally take between three and five working days to appear, depending on your bank.

If you are cancelling because you need more time to prepare your pallets, you can ask us to reschedule your collection and delivery instead of cancelling completely.
