We book the network

Track the scans
Depot scans show progress on your PalletOnline booking. Use Track with your order ID.
What the network will take.
A Palletline trailer carries other customers’ freight. The pallet has to be safe to fork and stack.
A sound pallet
The collector forks from the ground. Loose goods are refused.
Inside the booked size
Measure the finished stack, including the pallet. No overhang.
No leaks
Fluids, wet packs and black wrap that hides a leak stop collection.
A forklift-ready site
If the collector cannot get to the pallet, the collection fails.

Who collects the pallet?
A local Palletline member collects. PalletOnline does not send its own van for a standard network booking.
