Palletline is a co-operative of local hauliers. That is how a pallet collected in Staffordshire can be delivered in Aberdeen without a PalletOnline van doing the miles.
You still quote, pay, track and talk to PalletOnline. If collection or delivery needs help, you reach the UK team, not an outsourced contact centre.
Two postcodes and the packed size.
Pay and we confirm. The collecting member is assigned from that booking.
Depot scans show progress. Proof of delivery comes back to your PalletOnline booking.
A Palletline trailer carries other customers’ freight. The pallet has to be safe to fork and stack.
The collector forks from the ground. Loose goods are refused.
Measure the finished stack, including the pallet. No overhang.
Fluids, wet packs and black wrap that hides a leak stop collection.
If the collector cannot get to the pallet, the collection fails.
You book with PalletOnline. A Palletline member collects. Cover follows the network rules, not a conversation at the door.
Two postcodes and the pallet size are enough to start.
