Are any other documents required when sending a pallet to Belgium?
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send over your shipping labels via email. You'll also need to upload a Commercial Invoice and provide a valid EORI Number for you and your EU customer during the booking process. You can view the complete list of details required in our help centre.
How long will it take to ship my pallet to Belgium?
Shipping times depend on Customs and whether you have submitted the correct details for your goods before handing them over. We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you request a quote, and while we will endeavour to honour this date, Customs may push this date back slightly.
How many pallets can I send to Belgium?
You can ship multiple pallets to Belgium with us. All you need to do is proceed to get your quote and select the total number of pallets you wish to ship to Belgium; we'll provide you with our best price straight away. For more than 10 standard full pallets, please fill out the form on the quote page, and we'll get back to you promptly.
Will the driver notify me before collection and delivery?
We ask our drivers to call at least 30 minutes prior to their arrival, but unfortunately, this is not guaranteed as not all drivers are able to make outbound calls from their cabin. We'll provide an updated delivery ETA on the day, but we are not able to provide collection ETAs; these are normally completed between 1pm and 5pm.
What do I need to put on a Commercial Invoice?
Commercial invoices are now required for every shipment into and out of the UK. There's a lot of information required for the commercial invoice, including the name and addresses of the importer, exporter and receiver, country of origin, terms of sale, the value of the goods, mode of transport, and more.
