Do I need any other documents to send my pallet to Croatia?
As soon as your booking is secured, we'll send over your shipping labels to attach via email. You'll also need to upload your Commercial Invoice and provide valid EORI Numbers for you and your EU buyer. You can view the full list of requirements in our help centre.
How soon will my pallet reach Croatia?
Shipping windows depend on customs and whether you have submitted the correct details for your goods before handing them over. We can only provide an estimated delivery date when you request a quote, and while we will always endeavour to honour this date, customs clearance may cause delays.
Can I send multiple pallets to Croatia?
If you have several pallets to ship to Croatia with us, all you need to do is proceed to get a quote and select the total number of pallets; we'll provide you with our best price instantly. For more than 10 pallets, please fill out the form on the quote page, and we'll get back to you promptly.
Will the driver call me before collection and delivery?
We do ask our drivers to call at least half an hour before arriving, but unfortunately, this is not guaranteed as not all drivers can make outbound calls from their cabin. We'll still provide updated ETAs on the day of delivery, but we cannot provide collection ETAs.
