Should I attach my PalletOnline labels?
Yes, you need to attach the shipping labels sent via email. If you have limited or no access to a printer, you can always write your shipping labels out on a plain A4 piece of paper.
How will I know when to expect collection and delivery?
We ask our drivers to call at least half an hour before collection and delivery, but not all drivers can make outbound calls. We'll still provide a delivery ETA on the day, but we cannot offer collection ETAs as these are generally routed after deliveries in most cases.
