What is a Direct Debit and how does it work?

When paying for your pallet delivery, you'll have the option to pay via Direct Debit. This means that you'll be able to checkout and pay in just a single click, without the need to enter your card details each time!

To set one up, you'll need to fill out a Direct Debit Instruction (DDI). This process is very simple and can be done via your PalletOnline account.

How do I set up a Direct Debit with PalletOnline?

Setting up a direct debit with us is a piece of cake! Simply log in to your user account and navigate to the "Payment" tab. From there, click the big green button and fill out your details.

A DDI will then be set up, and you'll be able to checkout without entering any card details. On top of that, you'll receive 5% off your next booking when you set up your Direct Debit!

Is Direct Debit safe?

Absolutely! Direct Debits are highly regulated, and our system securely encrypts your data to ensure maximum protection. We will only ever take a Direct Debit payment whenever it's authorised by you.

In fact, they're even covered by the Direct Debit guarantee, which means you'll always be protected if a payment mistake is ever made.

How do I keep track of my Direct Debit payments?

Keeping track of your payment is as easy as pie! Just log in to your PalletOnline account, click "Bookings", and you'll be able to see a list of every booking you've made.

From there, you can view invoices, labels and even rebook!
