You must have a PalletOnline account to set up a direct debit. Once active, you can check out quickly with your saved payment details.
How do I set up a direct debit?
Log in to your PalletOnline account and go to the Payment tab. Complete the direct debit authorisation form and your payment method will be ready to use for future bookings.
Is direct debit secure?
Yes. We use Stripe to manage all direct debit payments securely. Stripe is one of the most trusted payment providers globally. Your payments are also protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
How do I see my payments?
Log into your account and go to Bookings. You’ll see all your deliveries, invoices and payment records in one place.
