Signed-in customers earn a unique 10% reward code for every 25 eligible deliveries. Once you reach 100 eligible deliveries, you earn another code every 20 deliveries.
Your booking total and available codes are shown in Rewards. Each code belongs to your account and is ready to copy when you earn it.
Which deliveries count?
- Completed UK pallet network deliveries of up to seven pallets
- Eligible deliveries completed from 1 January 2026
- Bookings made through the account that earned the reward
Full loads, dedicated vehicles, international deliveries, cancelled bookings and refunded deliveries do not count towards reward codes. Your account totals and badges can still include your earlier delivery history.
What is each code worth?
Each code gives you 10% off one eligible booking, saving up to £100 excluding VAT. It is valid for 180 days from the day it is issued and cannot be shared with another account.
Is that the same as the welcome offer?
No. New customers receive 20% off their first eligible UK network booking, applied automatically. Extra users added to an existing account are not eligible for the welcome offer.
How do I use my code?
- Sign in to the account that earned the reward.
- Open Rewards and copy an available code.
- Enter it in the discount code box at checkout.
Can I use more than one code?
No. You can use one reward code per booking. Reward codes cannot be combined with another promotional code or loyalty points.
What if my code does not work?
Check that you are signed in to the correct account and that the code has not expired or already been used. If it still does not apply, message our team.
