How do I obtain discount codes and vouchers?

There are many ways you can get discount codes and vouchers with PalletOnline. The easiest way is by joining the PalletOnline Advantage Club! 

By joining the club, you'll receive exclusive discounts, offers and promotions that are unavailable elsewhere. On top of that, it's completely free!

You can also obtain discounts during our annual promotions, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, so be sure to stay tuned.

How do I use a discount code?

There are two ways that you can redeem your discount code. If you were given a link, simply click it and use it to get your quote. Your discount will then be automatically applied.

The second method is by manually entering the code. Once you've got your pallet delivery quote, head over to the checkout page. On the right-hand side, click "Got a discount code?" and enter your code.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

Currently, our system only allows for one discount code to be used per order.

While we understand that it would be great to be able to stack those discount codes, it's vital for us to maintain a smooth and accurate checkout experience.

For those enrolled on to our trade account programme, you'll still be able to use other discount codes alongside your main reduction.

What should I do if my discount code isn't working?

If you find that your discount code isn't being applied to your order, there may be a glitch in our system.

If that's the case, don't worry! Just contact our customer care team via Live Chat, and we'll be able to help you out.
