Can I track my truckload delivery?
You can! However, unlike our service for smaller quantities of pallets, advanced tracking isn't available for full loads as it is a dedicated, A to B service.
As your pallets will go through fewer touch points, there are only 3 tracking statuses available for full truckloads; awaiting collection, collected, and delivered.
If you need an update on your delivery at any point, our customer care team would be happy to get an update for you.
How can I book a full load delivery?
Booking a truckload pallet delivery is really simple. All you need to do is navigate to the top of the page and pop in your postcodes to get your instant price!
Once you have your quote, you can change the dates to suit your schedule, declare the weight of your total shipment, and select any additional extras to assist with collection and delivery.
If you have any questions through the process or after you've placed your booking, our super support team are always happy to help via LiveChat.
How will the driver load my pallets?
Most of the vehicles we send have curtain sided trailers. This means that a forklift is needed to load the goods from the side, or loading facilities/docking bays will be required to load from the back.
If these aren't available, the driver won't be able to get the goods onto the vehicle unless you book a tail lift, or lift-assist. Both of these options are available to add to your booking in the first stage of the checkout.
Will my shipment be insured?
Without a doubt. Every booking made with PalletOnline is automatically insured at no additional cost, so you can rest assured that your goods are in safe hands.
All full load shipments are insured for up to £1.30 per kilogram, meaning that you could claim up to £13,000 for a shipment weighing a total of 10 tonnes, in the rare event of damage or loss.
If your goods are worth more than this value, we recommend arranging additional insurance with an external company as PalletOnline are unable to offer additional insurance for full loads.
