Retail depots run to a timetable.
Distribution centres take deliveries by appointment. The pallet arrives on the day it is booked in, is checked against the retailer's packaging rules, and is signed for. That signature comes back to you as the proof of delivery.
Book in good time, pack to the retailer's requirements and the delivery goes through first time. Where a retailer has its own rules, they are on its page.
Many distribution centres already have a standing arrangement with our network. Enter one of those postcodes and the checkout shows the arrival time, only offers collection days the site accepts, and adds booking-in where the site needs it.

Questions about retailer deliveries
My retailer is not listed. Can I still book?
Yes. The pages are a convenience, not a limit. Enter the distribution centre postcode in the quote form and book as normal. Ask us on live chat if you would like a page added.
Do I need a booking-in slot?
Most retail depots take deliveries by appointment. Where the site has a standing arrangement with our network, the checkout recognises the postcode: it shows the arrival time, greys out collection days the site does not accept and adds booking-in at £15 where the site needs it. For other sites, check what your retailer asks for and give yourself time.
How do I get the proof of delivery?
The depot signs for the pallet on arrival. The signed proof of delivery is normally returned to you 5 to 10 days after delivery.
Can I pay on account?
Yes. With a PalletOnline account you can set up a direct debit and book without entering card details each time.
Which pallet sizes can I send?
Quarter, half and full pallets, plus oversized sizes up to 2400 x 1200 mm. Check the retailer's own height and weight limits before you choose the size.
