Things to Consider When Sending a Pallet to Asda with PalletOnline

As soon as our bookings team receives a delivery date and time slot from Asda, we'll update the tracking so you'll be the first to know when your goods will be delivered.

Will you return my pallets if they get rejected?

In the unlikely event that your pallets are rejected by Asda, we'll arrange for them to be returned to the original collection point. We'll contact you right away to make arrangements.

Are pallets stacked in the delivery trailer?

All pallets are stacked on the trailer to allow more room for other pallets. However, if your goods are fragile or you feel that stacking them will cause damage, you can ask us not to stack them by writing ‘'PLEASE DO NOT STACK' on the top and sides.

How much will it cost to insure my delivery?

All bookings are automatically insured for up to £5 per kg, free of charge! This means if your pallet weighs 100kg, you could claim up to £500 in the extremely rare event of damage or loss.
