What is the expected waiting time for a booking slot?

Whenever our bookings team receives a booking or delivery slot from Iceland, we will update the tracking so you'll be the first to know when your goods will be delivered.

Is it possible to return my pallets if they get rejected?

Your pallets will be sent back to the original collection point if Iceland rejects them. We'll contact you right away to confirm the ideal date for the return.

Are the pallets in the delivery trailer stacked?

To make room for other pallets, all pallets are stacked on the trailer. However, if your goods are fragile or you feel that stacking them will cause damage, you can ask us not to stack them by writing, ‘PLEASE DO NOT STACK' on the top and sides.

What is the cost of insurance?

All bookings are automatically insured for up to £5 per kg, free of charge! This means if your pallet weighs 100kg, you could claim up to £500 in the extremely rare event of damage or loss.
