Things to Consider When Sending a Pallet to the Co-op with PalletOnline

Before arranging to ship your pallets with us, make sure the Co-op accepts your packaging materials and pallets, otherwise, you may have to re-pack them and reschedule delivery.

Once your pallets arrive at the Co-op, you will receive a Proof of Delivery (POD). Typically, these are returned within five to ten business days.

Do you know if your goods are suitable to ship? Even if the Co-op accepts your items, they may still be on our list of unsuitable goods. Avoid additional fees and delays by checking this list.

How much will it cost to ship my pallets to the Co-op?

All prices are postcode driven. They are calculated based on the distance between the collection and delivery address, the number and size of pallets you are sending. For this reason, we do not offer a set-price list.

Can I deliver my goods to the Co-op directly?

As a member of Palletline, we get the earliest booking slots for shipping pallets to the Co-op, meaning your goods will arrive sooner and won't risk getting rejected; we'll deliver on the day, at the time specified.

How much does standard insurance cover?

All bookings are automatically insured for up to £5 per kg! This means if your pallet weighs 100kg, you could claim up to £500 in the extremely rare event of damage or loss.

What happens if my pallets get rejected?

If for whatever reason, the Co-op rejects your pallets, we'll arrange to send them back to the original collection point. We'll be in touch right away to confirm the best date for the return.
