Things to Consider When Sending a Pallet to Sainsbury's with PalletOnline

An estimated delivery date will be provided based on our standard economy service. However, a delivery slot will later be assigned by our bookings team - we can only deliver on this day and time.

What happens if my pallets get rejected?

In the unlikely event that your pallets are rejected by Sainsbury's, we'll arrange for the goods to be returned to the original collection point. We'll be in touch as soon as possible if this happens.

Is it safe to ship fragile items on pallets?

There are some items too fragile to risk shipping on pallets, such as glass. However, for goods like alcohol, you should write 'PLEASE DO NOT STACK' on the pallet's sides and top. We'll know not to stack

How much does insurance cost?

All bookings are automatically insured for up to £5 per kg, free of charge! This means if your pallet weighs 100kg, you could claim up to £500 in the extremely rare event of damage or loss.
