How soon will my pallets arrive at Marks and Spencer?

We'll provide an estimated delivery date depending on when the collection is due. Our bookings team will then confirm a delivery slot for your shipment to Marks and Spencer after your booking has been confirmed - we'll deliver on this date, at the specified time.

Can I choose a delivery date and time?

All bookings are automatically insured for up to £5 per kg, free of charge! This means if your pallet weighs 100kg, you could claim up to £500 in the extremely rare event of damage or loss.
