How long will I need to wait for a booking slot?

As soon as our bookings team receives a booking/delivery slot from Lidl, we'll update the tracking so you'll be the first to know when your goods will be delivered.

If my pallets get rejected, will you return them to me?

In the unlikely event of your pallets getting rejected by Lidl, we'll arrange a return to the original collection point. We'll contact you right away to confirm the ideal date for the return.

Are pallets stacked in the delivery trailer?

All pallets are stacked on the trailer to allow more room for other pallets. However, if your goods are fragile or you feel that stacking them will cause damage, you can ask us not to stack them by writing, ‘PLEASE DO NOT STACK' on the top and sides.

How much does insurance cost?

All bookings are automatically insured for up to £5 per kg, free of charge! This means if your pallet weighs 100kg, you could claim up to £500 in the extremely rare event of damage or loss.
