How long will I need to wait for a booking slot?
Will you return my pallets if they get rejected?
In the unlikely event that your pallets are rejected by Tesco, we'll arrange for the goods to be returned to the original collection point. If this happens, we'll be in touch as soon as possible.
What if my pallets contain fragile goods?
For goods like jarred foods and alcohol, we'll know not to stack your pallets if you write 'PLEASE DO NOT STACK' on the top and sides; we won't stack any pallets on top either.
How much will it cost to insure my delivery?
All bookings are automatically insured for up to £5 per kg, free of charge! This means if your pallet weighs 100kg, you could claim up to £500 in the extremely rare event of damage or loss.
