Full Loads Collection & Delivery

How do I book a Truckload delivery?

It’s so quick and easy to book your Truckload delivery.

Simply visit our Truckloads quote page, fill in your collection and delivery postcodes, then press the Get Quote button!

When will my pallets be collected?

When you book your pallet delivery, you will be able to select a date for your collection.

Sadly, unlike our standard pallet delivery service, Truckloads can’t be booked for same day collection. This is because we need to give our carriers 24-hours’ notice to schedule the collection and delivery.

However, more often than not, you will be able to request collection the next working day if you book before 4pm.

Your goods will be collected between 9 am and 1 pm on your requested collection date. The driver will be asked to give the collection point a call 30 minutes prior to arrival to ensure there is somebody ready to load the goods when they arrive.

When can I expect delivery of my pallets?

As our Truckloads service is a dedicated, A to B service, your goods don’t need to be moved or grouped like our standard service.

This means delivery will be made the same day your goods are collected.

Why can’t I book a Truckloads delivery overseas?

Overseas Truckloads deliveries aren’t available just yet!

We’re working hard on getting this service ready for you soon, but for now, Truckloads can only be delivered within Mainland UK.

Can I book Pallet & Wrap for a Truckloads delivery?

Pallet & Wrap is, unfortunately, not available for Truckloads due to the quantity of pallets being shipped. Wrapping between 11 and 26 full pallets would be a very time-consuming process for the driver, therefore, it’s not a service we can offer.

Your goods must be palletised and suitably secured for transit before the driver arrives to collect your pallets.

Can I book a tail lift or lift assist for my Truckloads delivery?

Tail-lifts do not come with pallet trucks and they must be requested. The maximum weight for a pallet when a tail-lift is in use is 750kg per pallet unless there is a forklift or similar device onsite for loading and unloading.

The collection point and delivery point must have a forklift, or other suitable loading and unloading facilities, available to load and unload the pallets at both ends of the journey.
