How do I track my truckloads delivery?
Truckloads deliveries are a direct A to B service, so there are no live tracking updates. Your delivery will move through three stages - awaiting collection, collected and delivered.
If you need an update during the journey, contact us on Live Chat and we will check the latest status with the driver or depot for you.
How can I check previous bookings?
You can view your previous deliveries by logging into your PalletOnline account. If you do not have an account, register here.
Go to the Bookings tab to see your past deliveries. You can also download invoices and labels for each booking.
How do I cancel a truckloads delivery?
If you need to cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible. We require at least 1 working day’s notice before collection. If your booking has already been scheduled with the depot, cancellation may not be possible and your payment will not be refunded.
