How do I track my full truckload delivery?

Sadly, there isnt any tracking available at the moment. As Full truck load deliveries are a dedicated A to B service, there's really only 3 statuses - Awaiting collection, collected, and delivered.

If you need an update on your full load delivery at any point, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer care team who will be more than happy to get an update for you.

 

How can I check previous shipments?

If you'd like to see the details of your previous shipments, you can do so by logging into your PalletOnline account.

If you haven't already created an account with us, you can register here.

Simply head over to the bookings tab, and you'll see a list of all your previous shipments. You can also download the invoices and labels for each booking you place.

 

I need to cancel my full truckload delivery. How do i do it?

Not a problem. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, you'll need to speak with our team as soon as possible.

We need at least 1 days' notice to cancel your full load booking. Sadly, if you notify us of cancelation later than this, your booking will more than likely be scheduled with the depot, and you won't be able to get a refund once that step has been taken.
