PalletOnline helped pioneer online pallet delivery in the UK when we launched in 2008, giving businesses and individuals a simpler way to quote and book pallet transport online.
Since then, we have continued developing the service around straightforward online booking, competitive pallet-network prices, detailed tracking and access to a real support team when help is needed.
We now arrange thousands of pallet movements every week, and more than 80% of the orders placed with us each day come from returning customers.
If you are searching for PalletOnline reviews before making a booking, you can read customer feedback on Reviews.io, Trustpilot and Google.
The reviews on all three platforms are genuine customer opinions, but they are not collected in the same way. This page explains why the ratings can differ and provides the wider context behind our reviews, repeat customers and overall service volume.
PalletOnline reviews at a glance
- Reviews.io: PalletOnline is rated 4.7 out of 5 from more than 2,000 reviews, with 92% of reviewers recommending us. This is the platform used for our routine customer review invitations.
- Trustpilot: PalletOnline is rated 4.3 out of 5 from more than 600 reviews. We do not routinely direct customers to Trustpilot, so most reviews there are posted independently by customers who choose to visit the platform.
- Google: Google reviews are also posted independently by customers rather than being part of our usual review invitation process.
Ratings and review totals change whenever new feedback is published. These figures were last checked in September 2026.
Why does PalletOnline mainly use Reviews.io?
Reviews.io is where we send our normal review invitations. We usually invite customers after their first completed booking, regardless of whether their experience was positive or negative.
This gives us a consistent view of the first-time customer experience, including:
- Getting an online quote.
- Completing the booking process.
- Preparing for collection.
- The collection and delivery experience.
- Tracking and communication.
- Contact with our support team.
Because customers are invited consistently, we believe Reviews.io provides the broadest available picture of the experience people have when first using PalletOnline.
This does not mean that reviews posted elsewhere are less genuine or less important. It means the platforms contain different groups of customers and should be understood in that context.
Why do we mainly invite first-time customers?
More than 80% of the orders placed with PalletOnline each day come from returning customers. Many established customers use us every day or every week.
We do not want to ask those customers for another review after every successful order. Repeated invitations would quickly become intrusive and could allow a relatively small group of regular customers to dominate our review total.
Instead, we normally ask for feedback after the first booking and allow customers to review us again whenever they choose.
This means the continued confidence of our regular customers is not fully visible on review platforms. A customer could place hundreds of further orders while leaving only one review.
What does our returning-customer rate tell you?
A repeat order is not the same as a public review, and it does not mean every individual pallet movement will be perfect. However, repeat business is an important measure of whether a service continues to provide value.
When more than 80% of daily orders come from returning customers, it shows that businesses and individuals continue choosing PalletOnline for their pallet deliveries after experiencing the service for themselves.
These repeat bookings are a quieter form of customer feedback. They do not create a new five-star review every time, but they are an important part of the overall picture.
Why can Google and Trustpilot look different?
We do not routinely send review invitations to Google or Trustpilot. Reviews on those platforms are therefore more self-selected: the customer has normally decided to find the platform and publish their experience.
People may do this after an exceptionally good experience, but they are also more likely to seek out a public review page when something has gone wrong and they feel strongly about it.
Routine successful deliveries often pass without a public review. The pallet is collected, delivered and the customer moves on to their next order. As a result, a small number of complaints can appear particularly prominent when looking only at the most recent reviews.
That does not make the complaints invalid. It means the method by which reviews reach each platform should be considered when comparing their ratings.
Putting negative reviews into context
PalletOnline arranges thousands of pallet movements every week. Most are completed without the customer needing to contact us or leave a public review.
If four negative reviews are published during one month, those are still four experiences that deserve to be investigated. However, they should also be considered alongside the thousands of collections and deliveries completed during the same period without a review being posted.
Our 2025 records provide a useful example. PalletOnline processed tens of thousands of bookings during the year and identified 19 one-star reviews.
This does not mean every other booking was perfect, nor does it make an individual complaint unimportant. It demonstrates how much of the day-to-day service provided to customers is not represented by public reviews.
What do customers commonly say about PalletOnline?
Positive PalletOnline reviews frequently mention:
- A straightforward online quotation and booking process.
- Competitive pallet-network prices.
- Fast collection and delivery.
- Helpful and professional drivers.
- Clear tracking after the pallet enters the network.
- Fast responses from our support team.
- Goods arriving safely and as planned.
Negative reviews most commonly concern:
- A collection being delayed or missed.
- Expecting a guaranteed collection time from a standard network service.
- Limited information before a pallet has been collected and scanned.
- A vehicle being unable to access the address.
- Kerbside delivery requirements.
- Failed collection or re-delivery charges.
- Goods being damaged or delayed within the network.
Some complaints identify a genuine failure in the service. Others show that the customer expected a pallet network to operate in the same way as a dedicated parcel courier.
We have created detailed guides about missed or failed collections, kerbside delivery and failed-delivery charges so first-time customers can understand the service before booking.
How does PalletOnline respond to negative reviews?
We do not pretend that every booking goes perfectly. Pallet transport involves vehicles, local depots, road conditions, freight handling and delivery locations, so occasional problems can happen.
When we can match a review to an order, we examine the available booking information, depot scans, driver notes and contact history.
If we or the network have failed, we acknowledge what happened and look at how the booking can be recovered. If important information is missing from a review, we explain the relevant facts respectfully so readers can understand both sides.
We do not seek to remove genuine criticism simply because it is negative. Reviews are only reported where there appears to be a platform-policy issue, such as personal information, threats, abusive attacks on an individual or content unrelated to a genuine customer experience.
Is PalletOnline reliable?
PalletOnline has been arranging pallet deliveries since 2008 and now processes thousands of pallet movements every week through a national network of local transport depots.
No pallet network can promise that every standard collection and delivery will happen without exception. What we can provide is straightforward online booking, competitive network pricing, nationwide coverage, detailed tracking after collection and a real support team available when assistance is needed.
Our independent ratings, service volume and high level of repeat business provide a much fuller indication of our service than any single review or platform viewed on its own.
