How Can I Get a Pallet Delivery Quote?

Getting a pallet delivery quote is quick and easy when you follow the right steps. Head to our quote page and complete the simple online form to get an instant price for your pallet shipment.

Not sure about your pallet size? Check our pallet size guide or learn about oversized pallets before booking.

What Details Do I Need to Get a Quote?

  • Collection and Delivery Postcodes: Enter the full UK postcodes for both locations. If sending overseas, click the country flag first to select the correct country and address format.
  • Pallet Size: Select the correct pallet size for your goods. If you need oversized pallet space, you can switch to oversized options using the button in the bottom left corner of the quote screen.
  • Number of Pallets: Enter how many pallets you wish to send.
  • Weight: Provide an accurate estimate of the total weight of your consignment.
  • Tail Lift or Forklift: Choose whether a tail lift or lift-assist is required at collection or delivery. The checkout will show available options based on your locations, consignment weight and pallet selection. A tail lift will be selected automatically where possible. If don't select an option for the lift, we will assume that a forklift is available at both collection and delivery points.

For Ireland, simply select the correct county and complete the address fields. There is no need to enter a postcode.

The more accurate your details, the more accurate your price.

What UK Pallet Delivery Options Are Available?

We offer flexible services to match your budget and deadlines:

  • Super Saver: Our most cost-effective option for delivery within two working days. Ideal if you’re flexible on timing.
  • Premium or Next Day: For urgent deliveries. Book before the cut-off and your pallet arrives the next working day.
  • Truckloads: Available from 8 pallets and above. We send a dedicated vehicle for collection and direct delivery across Mainland UK, usually collected and delivered on the same day.
  • Same Day Collection: Available for 1-3 pallets when booked before 11:45am during working days.

*In remote areas like the Scottish Highlands, delivery times may be slightly longer. If an option is not available at checkout, it is due to local network limitations.

Same Day Collection Rules

Same day collection is available for 1 to 3 pallets when booked before 11:45am on a working day (Monday to Friday).

  • 1 to 3 pallets: Book before 11:45am for same day collection.
  • 4 to 7 pallets: Book before 4:45pm the previous working day for next working day collection.
  • 8 pallets or more: We will fetch a bespoke quote. In many cases we can collect on the same or following day, but it will be a door to door service rather than a network operation. That typically means collection and delivery will happen within a single working day.

If your collection address has restricted access, you can select a small vehicle on the address page. Please note that choosing a small vehicle may delay your collection by one working day depending on availability.

Same day collection is always subject to vehicle space and routing. If you are unsure, speak to our team on Live Chat before placing your order.

Can I Send a Pallet Internationally?

Yes, we deliver pallets to over 30 international destinations including Europe, the USA, and China. Visit our international delivery page to get started.

International shipments require extra paperwork such as a commercial invoice and commodity codes. If you are not sure what is needed, our Live Chat team is available to help.

Helpful Tips for Accurate Quotes

  • Double check all postcodes and address details.
  • If shipping internationally, select the correct country flag before entering your address.
  • Measure your pallet carefully and include all packaging.
  • Weigh the full load including the pallet base.
  • Make sure you choose the right vehicle access options like tail lift, forklift, or small vehicle.
  • If your goods are fragile or unusually shaped, let us know when you book.

Pricing Tip: We calculate your price using the first part of the postcode (such as, ST5). The UK is zoned by area. Central locations like ST tend to be cheaper because they are well connected and have high freight volumes. Remote areas such as IV (Scottish Highlands) have fewer routes and less freight flow, so pricing is slightly higher. Densely populated areas like Central London may also carry a small additional cost due to access and congestion, but nothing excessive.

All our pricing is competitive and reflects the care we take to deliver your pallets on time and in good condition. We are proud shareholder members of the UK’s most trusted pallet network – consistently rated the best for on-time delivery and the lowest damage rates of any UK pallet network.

Managing Expectations: We do not guarantee specific collection or delivery dates. As a pallet network, vehicles operate across multiple hubs and routes. While we aim to meet your requested dates, delays can occasionally happen due to traffic, weather, or network volume. If you need a guaranteed service, speak to us and we’ll advise what is possible for your booking.
