When Are Your Pallet Collection Dates?

We handle collections on weekdays, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

While we strive to collect on your preferred date, please be aware that occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Collection Timing

Our collection hours are from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Collections typically occur in the afternoon, between 1pm and 5pm, as our drivers make their way back to the depot from initial deliveries.

Same-Day Collections

We offer same-day collection for three pallets or less. Just place your order before 11:45am on a weekday. If you're looking to move more than 3 pallets, we can collect the following day providing you book before 4.45pm.

Pallet Collection Limits

There's a limit of 10 pallets per collection location per day due for network freight. If you need to send more, simply get a quote and specify the number of pallets, and we'll arrange the rest with a direct door to door delivery service.

Weekend Collections

We currently don't offer weekend collections for up to 10 pallets. Orders placed after 11:45 am on Friday will be scheduled for the upcoming Monday, excluding national bank holidays.

Missed Collections

We aim for collections to happen on time, achieving this 99% of the time. Should we face any collection issues, we'll notify you immediately and quickly once we have been made aware to arrange a new collection date.
