PalletOnline - Information about the Delivery of Pallets
To help you better understand how PalletOnline operates, we’ve answered some of your delivery FAQs.
How Does Pallet Delivery Work?
Before booking a collection, you must make sure you have selected the correct pallet size for your goods; There should be no overhanging!
Then, load your goods to the pallet, wrap and secure them using shrink or stretch wrap and strapping materials, like ratchet straps or rope.
Once secured, print and attach your shipping labels; If you’re having trouble printing off your labels, you can write them out on a plain A4 piece of paper. Please note that your labels must show the Order ID and full collection and delivery address.
Where Can I Send A Pallet?
You can send a pallet to many regions of the UK and Ireland through the Palletline network.
Currently, we do not offer a European pallet delivery service but we may consider opening additional routes in the future.
What Pallet Sizes Can I Send?
You can choose from quarter, half, full or oversized pallets.
For help selecting the right pallet size for your items, please refer to our pallet size guide.
If your items exceed the measurements of a standard full pallet, you will need to book an oversized pallet for delivery.
Where Can I Buy Pallets?
You can source pallets directly from manufacturers, supermarkets or industrial areas.
Alternatively, we can provide a pallet for you with our Pallet and Wrap service.
If each item is 25kg or less we can palletise your goods on-site. Your collection driver will arrive with industrial shrink wrap and a pallet. Please note that on some occasions the driver may arrive and take the goods back to the depot to be palletised.
We do not offer the Pallet and Wrap service with goods going into Amazon Fulfilment Centres. Please see our help articles on packing requirements.
Can I Get A Same Day Collection?
All bookings placed on weekdays before 11:45am are eligible for same day collection.
Please note that we DO NOT offer Pallet and Wrap with same day collections as we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for this service.
Our Pallet and Wrap is available for a maximum of 3 single pallets. You are charged for the first pallet and the additional two pallets will be wrapped free of charge.
