How Do I Get a Pallet Delivery?
Pallet delivery is the safest and most cost-effective way to move large or heavy goods across the UK and Ireland. Our network handles thousands of pallets every week.
Get an instant quote online by entering your collection and delivery postcode, pallet size and number of spaces. Prices are postcode-based and depend on the size and weight of your pallet.
How do I choose the right pallet size?
Check our pallet size guide before booking. This shows the footprint, height and weight limits for quarter, half, full and oversized pallets.
Overhanging goods are allowed but not recommended, as they are more likely to be damaged in transit. If your goods overhang the pallet, you must book the correct space to cover the full footprint of your load.
If the space booked is too small, an automatic surcharge will apply to cover the extra space your pallet takes up in the trailer.
If you are unsure, speak to us on Live Chat before booking.
Can I send an oversized pallet?
Yes. Oversized pallets are up to 2.4 metres by 1 metre and 2.2 metres tall. If your goods are bigger than this, you will need to book extra pallet spaces.
If your goods weigh over 1,000 kilograms, you must have a forklift or lifting equipment available at collection and delivery.
Do I need to wrap my pallet?
Yes. Your goods must be secured to the pallet and fully wrapped before collection using shrink wrap or stretch wrap. Pallets are moved multiple times through the network and may be left outside at depots, so protect your goods against damage and bad weather.
Can you supply a pallet?
Yes. Our Pallet and Wrap service is available for £20 + VAT. The driver will bring a pallet and stretch wrap and will either prepare your goods at collection or take them to the depot to be wrapped.
Pallet and Wrap must be booked before 4:45 pm on the previous working day. It is available for a maximum of 3 pallets and is not available for Amazon deliveries or same-day collections. Weekends and bank holidays are not working days.
Where can I buy a pallet?
You can buy pallets from local pallet suppliers, builders’ merchants or online. Look for a standard UK pallet measuring 1.2 metres by 1 metre. We recommend using 4-way entry pallets so they can be easily moved by forklift or pallet truck.
