Do You Offer Specific Timed Deliveries?

You have the flexibility to pick a precise delivery time when you make a booking with PalletOnline.

We offer various delivery choices right at the checkout stage.

If your postcode qualifies for delivery time slots, you'll see them as an available option when you book.

 

What delivery times do you offer? 

Some depots may provide limited delivery options, but most offer specific delivery times, i.e. AM and PM deliveries. 

We offer several flexible delivery times. You can find them listed below: 

  • - All Day Delivery: delivery between 9am and 5pm. 
  • - Morning Delivery: delivery between 9am and 12pm. 
  • - Afternoon Delivery: delivery between 12pm and 5pm. 
  • - Before 10:30am Delivery: delivery between 9am and 10:30am. 
  • - Delivered At 9am: delivery at 9am. 
  • - Specific Delivery Time: your specified time between 9am and 5pm. 

We always endeavour to meet the time you have requested, however we do ask that you allow up to 20 minutes from your ETA for potential local traffic delays. 

 

Do you deliver on weekends? 

Our deliveries happen on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

Our drivers put in a lot of effort during these weekdays, and like everyone else, we think they deserve a good break!

This way, they can recharge and be all set for Monday morning.

 

Can you book a next day delivery? 

If our next day delivery service is available in your region, it will show as an option in the checkout; You’ll be able to switch from Super Saver to Next Day! 

 

What happens in the event of a failed delivery? 

If we can't deliver your goods because there wasn't anyone available at the delivery location, we'll reach out to you.

In such cases, you'll be asked to reschedule the delivery, and there will be an additional charge involved. Typically, this will be £30 + VAT.

On the other hand, if there are delivery issues due to unforeseen problems faced by the driver while en route to your location, we'll make every effort to notify you well in advance.

In this situation, we'll work with you to select a new delivery date that suits your schedule, and there won't be any extra charges for this service.
