Our drivers are experienced professionals working for Palletline member depots across the UK and Ireland. They are trained to handle your pallet delivery safely, efficiently and with care.
How are drivers trained?
Every driver must complete industry-recognised training before they can collect or deliver pallets. This includes driving assessments, pallet handling training and safety briefings. Depots regularly assess their drivers to make sure standards are met.
All drivers are expected to follow strict best practice guidelines for safe loading, transport and kerbside delivery.
Are drivers approachable?
Yes. Our drivers are there to help on delivery day. If you have a question about your delivery, they will answer it where they can. For anything they cannot resolve directly, they will contact their depot for advice.
Can I report an issue to a driver?
Yes. If something isn’t right, speak to the driver. They will pass the details to the local depot so we can resolve it quickly. For anything urgent, please contact us directly on Live Chat.
