How do you train your delivery drivers?
There are numerous steps our drivers must take before we allow them to navigate a delivery vehicle - especially when they’re loaded full of your valuable goods!
Before agreeing to let them take the wheel, we put our drivers through rigorous training sessions to prove that they are capable of navigating a truck.
At the final point of training, once we’re confident that they are test-ready, our drivers are assessed in the same way learner drivers are assessed for their practical test.
As soon as they pass their assessment, our drivers will be trusted to load and unload your goods, delivering them intact and on time, every time.
All of our drivers are trained to the very best standard and are highly skilled in what they do. But more importantly, they’re really friendly and approachable too!
How approachable are your drivers?
Above all, our drivers are really friendly and approachable in every situation; Whenever you need them, for whatever reason, they’re there to help you.
Thanks to their training and extensive industry knowledge, they can answer any questions you have about your collection or delivery - you can ask them anything and they’ll be happy to answer.

Can I report a problem to your drivers?
When a problem arises and you need a fast solution, you can report this to our drivers and they’ll always do their best to help you.
Once you have reported the problem, if our driver struggles to find a solution, they will report back to your local depot and find more details on your behalf.
They will then advise you on your options and point you in the right direction.
