What Size Vehicle Do You Collect In?

To ensure optimal service, please provide any access details such as codes or directions at checkout.

Inform us in advance of any access issues, including road closures, heavy residential parking or size restrictions, to prevent delays or additional costs.

Our standard vehicle is an 18-tonne truck, comparable in size to a standard waste removal truck. If access is restricted (e.g., narrow spaces, difficult roads, or heavy traffic), notify us promptly so we can use a smaller 7.5-tonne truck instead.

Please note, our smaller trucks are less available and may lead to a one-day delay in service.

It's important to note that failure to inform us of any access restrictions can result in additional costs if we are unable to collect.
