Measure the loaded length, width, height and weight, including the pallet. Each listed size is a maximum, not a required size, so your goods can be smaller. Eight pallets or more is usually a truckload.

Can you collect from my home or business?

Yes. We collect from houses and business yards. If there is a forklift at both ends, that is all you need. If not, add a free tail-lift at checkout. Put the secured pallet on solid, flat ground where the vehicle can reach it.

The price depends on postcodes, pallet size, weight and dates. Tail lifts are free. Get an instant quote to see the figure before you book. You can share it if someone else needs to approve it.

Yes. Add a free tail lift if there is no forklift. Have someone there when the vehicle arrives; the driver has about 15 minutes on site.
Someone has to get the pallet on and off the vehicle. Forklift, a free tail lift, or lift assist. If none of those are possible, say so before you book.
Book before 11:45am on a weekday, subject to the depot and the postcode. You choose the day, not a collection ETA.
Where the service and route allow it. The quote shows the dates you can choose. Dates are not guaranteed; Palletline publishes 97% on-time, the highest of the UK pallet networks.
You choose the day. The vehicle arrives in working hours, usually 9am to 5pm. We do not give a collection ETA. Have the pallet ready, and someone on site. Usual collection times.
