Send A Pallet to Europe

You can send a pallet to Europe by going to our homepage and requesting a free instant quote.

Once you receive your quote and decide that you are happy with the price, continue through the checkout and confirm your delivery date.

Our delivery rates are an average calculation of the weight of your goods, the size of pallet and the distance our driver would need to travel to distribute your goods.

When arranging to send a pallet to any region of the UK or Europe, we always recommend ensuring that you have selected the correct pallet size before confirming a delivery date.

Failing to do this may result in additional charges or your collection may even be refused.

It is vital to ensure that you select a pallet size that is appropriate for your goods.

How Do I Track My European Pallet?

We understand that our customers want to know the whereabouts of their pallet deliveries, which is why we have an advanced order tracking system.

This tracking system is accessible in every customer account.

However, for your peace of mind only our drivers and customer care team are able to view details regarding your delivery. You can also view them as and when you wish to.

As always, you will be the first to know when our driver has successfully delivered your goods to their destination.

If there have been any issues along the way, our driver will provide you with a good reason as to why and what went wrong.

Regular updates will be provided regarding the delivery of your pallet through the order tracking system.

This can be accessed through your customer account at any time, or for your peace of mind, you can also request order tracking information by contacting us directly.

Things To Consider Before Sending A Pallet To Europe

Before you go ahead and book a pallet to Europe, there are just a few things you should keep in mind.

These will help avoid any issues or delays, meaning your goods will arrive on time.

To begin with, make sure you have selected the correct pallet size.

Failing to select the correct pallet size is likely to result in refused collection or additional charges.

You must also make sure you have properly wrapped and secured your pallet before collection.

If you fail to make sure your goods are strapped, shrink or stretch wrapped before collection, you will face additional charges or again, your pallet may even be refused.

For all collections and deliveries of freight, we ask that you ensure there is a clear, solid and flat surface for our delivery vehicles to manoeuvre and park while our drivers load and unload pallets.

Our drivers cannot park their vehicles where they are not permitted to do so.

Finally, if your goods do not fit on a full, half or quarter pallet, you must make us aware of this.

Simply attach a booking note to your order before confirming your details.

You must clearly state that your goods are placed on an oversized pallet before placing your order and confirming your booking.

Questions & Answers

First, select a pallet spacious enough to fit all your items on without any overhanging on the edges. Then secure your goods to the pallet by either strapping, shrink or stretch wrapping them and finish by attaching a label to your pallet. Once you have completed the first steps, contact your chosen courier and arrange for them to collect your goods.

The two most common and effective methods used to secure goods to pallets are strapping and shrink wrapping. With strapping, make sure you use at least two straps and loop through the forks of the pallet. Shrink wrapping requires plenty of shrink film and you must carefully apply heat to tighten the film around your goods.

Shrink and stretch wrap are similar but are technically different. Stretch wrap is used to stretch over goods to secure them while shrink wrap is loosely fitted to surround your goods and tightens once heat is applied. Either of them can be used to wrap a pallet before delivery with your chosen courier.

A heat gun can certainly be used to shrink wrap a pallet. When applied correctly, shrink wrap is considered to be one of the most effective ways of wrapping a pallet, offering full protection for your goods during transit.
