How will I know when my goods are out for delivery?

We now send text messages on the morning of a collection and delivery!  

Plus, if an ETA is available, we will be able to provide you with this too.

Who will receive a text message update?

After recently updating our tracking feature, all customers will now receive a text message on the morning of collection and delivery.

We'll also try our best to send texts to as many of our customers as possible, letting you know when your goods are out for delivery. 

If you don’t get a text message update from us in the morning, you’re welcome to contact us on Live Chat for an ETA. 

What this means for you...

Receiving a text on the morning of collection and delivery means you can make sure there’s someone ready and waiting for the driver. 

We’ll remind you so that you don’t have to keep checking your booking confirmation or check for tracking updates. 

We want to make sure we send each message to the right person, so please provide the correct contact details for each side of the delivery. 

If you enter the wrong details, you can always ask us to change them for you; Just send us the correct details on Live Chat with your Order ID.
