As one of the best pallet couriers around, we understand just how important tracking each shipment is to our customers. With this in mind, we have listened to your feedback and suggestions and have come up with a new way to offer you extra peace of mind.
On collection and delivery dates, we are now sending text message updates to our customers to remind them of their collection or delivery. Plus, we aim to send an additional message when the goods are loaded into our vehicles and are out for delivery.
Who Will Receive a Text Message Update?
After listening to and taking in your valuable feedback and suggestions, we decided that it was time to work harder on putting our customers' needs first; you are always our top priority!
We often get asked 'how will I know when my goods are out for delivery?' and now the answer is simple. Hopefully, this means that you won't need to go to the trouble of contacting us to find out when your goods are making their way to the delivery point.
As part of our new advanced tracking feature, all customers will now receive a text message update on the collection and delivery date, so you remember to expect us that day.
Plus, we are committed to our efforts in trying to send out texts to as many customers are we can, letting them know when their goods are out for delivery.
Of course, if you don't receive a text message update from us on delivery day, you are more than welcome to contact us via Live Chat and we will do our best to get an ETA for you.
What This Means for You
Getting a text message update on the morning of collection and delivery means that you can ensure you are present, or at least that someone is going to be onsite when the driver arrives.
Not only that, but it can also be a good reminder in case you forget which date your delivery falls on - we'll remind you so that you don't have to keep checking your booking confirmation.
To make sure we send the message to the right person, we ask that you provide the correct mobile number for the delivery point contact. We will send the update to the contact number you provide in your booking details.
If you enter the wrong details, don't worry as you can always ask us to change them for you before the delivery takes place. Just send us a message via Live Chat and one of our friendly advisors will action this on your behalf, to ensure the right person receives the text message update.
