How Will I Know When My Goods Are Out for Delivery?

We send a text message to the delivery onsite contact when the vehicle leaves the depot. This helps them prepare for the driver’s arrival - no chasing or waiting around.

Who receives the text message?

The message is sent to the mobile number provided for the delivery location’s onsite contact. This ensures the person meeting the driver knows when the delivery is on its way.

What does the message include?

  • A notification that the delivery vehicle has left the depot
  • The delivery Order ID
  • An estimated time of arrival (ETA), when available

How to make sure the right person gets the message

When booking your pallet delivery, enter the correct mobile number for the person on site at the delivery point. If you need to change this after booking, just contact us on Live Chat with your Order ID and we will update it for you.

Need to check your delivery status?

Most ETAs are visible on the tracking page once your pallet is scanned at the delivery depot. Please check there first.

If no ETA is showing and your delivery is still outstanding, you are welcome to contact us on Live Chat and we’ll check the latest status for you. This helps us keep our support clear for urgent delivery issues.
