Can I get upgraded insurance on my order?

Great news! You can now upgrade your insurance on your orders with us!

It costs just £4 to get cover on your goods at £5 per kg. This is an increase on the standard coverage of £1.30 per kg.

The upgrade is available on all orders in the UK and Ireland. This add on is available to purchase as part of the checkout process.

Standard insurance coverage

Any orders made with us are undertaken with the Terms and Conditions of the Road Haulage Association (RHA).

The standard liability is limited to £1.30 per kg, with all our road movements subject to the RHA. If you would like a copy of the Terms and Conditions, we would be happy to provide you with this.

How do I make a claim?

If you would like to make a claim, you can call our customer service team or start a Live Chat conversation at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, you can create a support ticket, as long as you have logged into your account.

Just remember to note your claim details on the relevant Proof of Delivery document. We can then process the claim with our network.

Of course, we always do everything in our power to avoid the need for a claim.

However, accidents can sometimes happen which are beyond our control. If this happens then we will work hard to provide you with a positive solution.
