Any orders made with us are undertaken with the Terms and Conditions of the Road Haulage Association (RHA).

The standard liability is limited to £5 per kg, with all our road movements subject to the RHA. If you would like a copy of the Terms and Conditions, we would be happy to provide you with this.

How do I make a claim?

If you would like to make a claim, you can call our customer service team or start a Live Chat conversation at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, you can create a support ticket, as long as you have logged into your account.

Just remember to note your claim details on the relevant Proof of Delivery document. We can then process the claim with our network.

Of course, we always do everything in our power to avoid the need for a claim.

However, accidents can sometimes happen which are beyond our control. If this happens then we will work hard to provide you with a positive solution.
