Can I Get Upgraded Insurance on My Order?

Any orders made with us are undertaken with the Terms and Conditions of the Road Haulage Association (RHA).

The standard liability is limited to £5.00 per kg, with all our road movements subject to the RHA. If you would like a copy of the Terms and Conditions, we would be happy to provide you with this. (International and Truckload cover may differ).

How do I make a claim?

If you would like to make a claim, you can contact our customer service team via email or start a Live Chat conversation at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, you can create a support ticket, as long as you have logged into your account.

We can then process the claim with our network.

Of course, we always do everything in our power to avoid the need for a claim.

However, accidents can sometimes happen which are beyond our control. If this happens then we will work hard to provide you with a positive solution.
