How Can I Make an Insurance Claim?

If your goods have been damaged or lost in transit, don't worry. Contact us via live chat and a member of our customer care team will send you a claim form which must be filled out with the required information.

Please contact us immediately to request a claims form if you wish to make a claim for lost or damaged goods.

You MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods to make a claim.

Please make a note of the claim details on your Proof of Delivery document.

We can then work with our Palletline network to look at your insurance claim.

Can I get a refund if my goods are damaged?

Damaged goods can be unpredictable, particularly if your goods have been shrink-wrapped.

Claims are based on the total weight of your goods, rather than the full value.

In order to process your pallet delivery insurance claim, we require some key information, including:

  • Proof of cost price
  • Proof of purchase price
  • Evidence of the total weight of damaged goods.
  • photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Any other details that can help us to process the claim quickly
