Are You Approved for Amazon Fba Deliveries?

We are the only UK pallet network in Amazon’s Inbound Preferred Carrier Programme (IPCP). This means your pallets are delivered directly into Amazon fulfilment centres with priority access and pre-booked daily slots. No delays waiting for slot approvals. No rejected deliveries because your carrier was not approved.

Working with Palletline, we deliver to every Amazon fulfilment centre in the UK. Whether you are sending your first pallet or moving bulk stock every week, our service gives you fast, reliable access to Amazon FBA with less risk and less hassle.

Why IPCP status matters

Amazon’s fulfilment centres are busy. If your pallets are not booked correctly, they will be refused or delayed. Only IPCP carriers like us are allowed to book slots directly through Amazon’s Carrier Central and deliver into the restricted inbound lanes.

Using an approved carrier means:

  • Daily booked slots at all UK fulfilment centres
  • Priority unloading at site - reducing wait times
  • No delivery rejections for missing carrier codes
  • Protection from late fees once your freight is with us
  • Full tracking from collection to delivery
  • Simple booking - we handle the slot booking for you
  • Network delivery through Palletline, not sub-contractors

Other hauliers and couriers may claim they deliver to Amazon - but if they are not an approved IPCP carrier, they will not have guaranteed access. This risks your pallets being rejected or delayed outside the fulfilment centre.

How the delivery process works

Start by creating your shipment in Amazon Seller Central and selecting the fulfilment centre. Once Amazon give you your FBA code and PO number, book your pallet collection with us online.

We will arrange your collection and then book your delivery slot with Amazon through Carrier Central. You do not need to contact Amazon again - we handle the entire delivery process on your behalf.

Your Bill of Lading (BOL) will be available on your tracking page once the fulfilment centre confirms receipt. Amazon typically return this within 5 to 10 working days after delivery.

You can track your pallet through our system at each stage of its journey for full visibility.

Sending pallets instead of parcels is often cheaper for bulk stock. If you regularly send large quantities of goods, switching from parcels to pallets could save you time and money.
