Amazon FBA delivery dates

Deliveries are booked directly with Amazon.

When you book your Amazon pallet delivery with us, the delivery date you choose is the date we request with Amazon. It is not guaranteed. Amazon control when your freight can move into their fulfilment centres based on their own scheduling and capacity. This helps them manage congestion and delays at their sites.

As an Amazon Preferred Carrier, we have daily booked slots into all Amazon UK fulfilment centres. Once your freight is with us, it is protected from late fees, even if Amazon delay your delivery slot. We are the only UK pallet delivery service offering this level of protection against Amazon’s late charges.

Occasionally, Amazon may reschedule your delivery to an earlier or later date. If this happens, we will update your tracking as soon as we have a confirmed delivery slot.

You can track your pallet’s progress to Amazon on our order tracking page.

How Do I Book an Amazon Pallet Delivery?

First, create your shipment in Amazon Seller Central and select the products you are sending to FBA. Once Amazon give you your Reference ID and fulfilment centre details, get a free quote on our website and complete your booking.

We will then request the delivery slot from Amazon and handle the rest of the process, including final delivery to the fulfilment centre.

Can Amazon Change My Delivery Date?

Yes. Amazon may move your delivery date depending on how busy their fulfilment centres are. This is normal and outside of our control. Your freight remains protected from late fees once we have it, even if Amazon delay the booking slot.

We will always let you know if Amazon move your delivery date and update your tracking as soon as the new slot is confirmed.
