International Delivery Explained
We deliver pallets from UK businesses to companies across Europe, including France, Germany and Spain. Our service is strictly business-to-business - we cannot deliver to or from residential addresses. Both the sender and receiver need an EORI number before your pallet leaves the UK. Commercial invoices must be typed, not handwritten.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the delivery country, pallet size and weight. To get a price, use our instant quote tool. No guesswork needed.
How do I book?
Booking is quick. Get your quote, add your collection and delivery details and pay online. If you create an account, you will be able to see your bookings and documents in one place.
Is it cheaper than sending parcels?
If you regularly send parcels abroad, you might save money sending one pallet instead of lots of parcels. Bulk deliveries often work out cheaper and simpler.
What insurance cover is included?
Standard cover is £5 per kilo for deliveries moved through the Palletline network. For consignments delivered outside the network, including most international deliveries, cover is £1.30 per kilo. If your goods are worth more than this, arrange additional insurance before booking. We do not offer top-up cover.
Can I send personal effects?
No, we do not carry household moves or personal effects. Our international service is only for businesses, with business paperwork at both ends.
