International Collection & Delivery

We collect pallets between 9am and 5pm on working days. The driver aims to call 30 minutes before arrival, but we can’t give set times. Someone must be on site to load the pallet, and the driver can only wait for 15 minutes. If no one is ready, the collection will fail and may be chargeable.

Delivery times for international pallets vary. Most consignments arrive within 3 to 10 working days from collection, depending on customs clearance and the destination country. These timings are estimated, we will confirm your expected delivery window once the paperwork has been checked and approved after booking.

If your goods are delayed at customs, it’s usually because the paperwork is incomplete, the declaration is wrong, or the consignment contains restricted goods. Some items need export certificates. Customs may also stop the pallet if the declared contents don’t match the actual goods. You’re responsible for providing the correct documents. See our customs and duty guide for more help.

You can track your pallet through the UK and Ireland network. Once the goods leave the UK, tracking is manual - our team can give you updates on request.
