What is the PalletOnline shop, and how does it work?

Great question! The PalletOnline shop is a place where you can find everything you need to prepare the perfect pallet. Shop bubble wrap, stretch wrap, packing paper, cardboard boxes, and much more! There is no such thing as too many packing materials in logistics; the more you use, the better your items will be protected. We're proud to be an Amazon associate, promoting Amazon's best packaging materials. When you click on any item on this page, you'll be transported through to Amazon's website to complete your purchase. Please note that we may earn a small commission from each referral.

What if I need a product that isn't listed on this page?

If we don't mention the product you're looking for on our page, firstly, please let us know so we can get it added to the page! Whilst we get it added to the page, please find the closest category to the item you're looking to buy and click the 'browse more' button. This will take you to a page full of items within that category.

I have a problem with the materials I bought... What do I do?

First of all, we're really sorry to hear you've had a problem with your purchase! To get help, you'll need to locate your order confirmation in your email inbox, then you'll need to speak with Amazon's customer care department about your order.

Can PalletOnline wrap my pallet for me, rather than buying my own materials?

Yes, we can - to an extent! We offer a service called pallet and wrap, which is pretty much what it says on the tin. The driver will arrive for the collection with a pallet and some stretch wrap to secure your goods to the pallet itself. Unfortunately, we're not able to pack any boxes or provide any other packaging materials other than the pallet itself and stretch wrap.

How do I ship an engine or gear box?

Although some couriers won't allow engines or gearboxes to be shipped, we're happy to deliver them for you! All engines and gearboxes must be fully drained of all liquids, including oil, fuel, water, and coolant. If any fluids leak during transit, your pallet will be refused and will not be able to be moved.

What's the best way to pack my pallet?

There are lots of different ways to pack a pallet, but there are 5 main points we keep coming back to no matter what it is you're shipping: Choose the right size pallet, don't overhang, stack in columns, label your pallet properly, and secure it. There is no such thing as too much packaging when it comes to pallet delivery! If you're looking for specific advice about how to pack the goods that you're shipping, you can browse our packing guides here.

What happens if my goods overhang the pallet?

Overhanging items are a big no-no in logistics. Not only does overhang risk damaging your goods, but it increases the chances of damaging other pallets too. If your items overhang the pallet, the chances are that you will face additional courier charges as they take up more space on the delivery vehicle.
