If your pallet is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, this could be due to a rare scanning error within the network. You can usually identify this issue if the delivery scan appears dated ahead of other tracking updates.

If it’s not a scanning error and you still don’t have your goods, please contact our team immediately so we can investigate and assist you.

Our tracking system covers deliveries within the UK mainland and Ireland only. Once your goods leave these regions, we’re unable to provide further tracking updates. For international tracking, we recommend contacting us for further updates.

No. You choose the collection day. The vehicle arrives in working hours, usually 9am to 5pm. We do not give a collection ETA.

We ask all drivers to call 30 minutes ahead of arrival; however, this isn’t always possible as some drivers may not have phones. While we do our best to provide advance notice, it cannot be guaranteed. Once the driver arrives onsite, there is a 15-minute window for the collection. If you're not onsite, we will attempt to reach you, but we recommend being present to avoid potential disruptions or additional costs.

Over 97% of collections happen as scheduled, and our network has a higher percentage of on-time collections and deliveries than any other pallet network. However, we understand how frustrating it can be when a collection doesn’t occur as planned. Logistics is a complex operation, influenced by factors such as traffic, unforeseen delays with other collections and deliveries, roadworks, and potential vehicle issues.

To minimise the chance of delays, we recommend booking in advance rather than on the same day, especially if timely collection is crucial.

If your collection is missed, it will automatically be rolled over to the following day. We will contact you with an update early on the next working day.
